We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Returns

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags included.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order sunglasses.

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the defective/wrong item.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
