We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Returns
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags included.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or special-order sunglasses.
Items purchased during clearance or sale.
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect.
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the defective/wrong item.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
